Are the documents ready to use?

Any documents that you buy from our site shouldn't be considered as a complete package, as this is not a bespoke service the documents just outline details of what should be done to mitigate risk. Upon delivery you should read your documents, review them to fit the needs of your company and implement any control measures that don't already exist within your business. Documents are only as good as the actions that they ensure.

We are happy to discuss issues with your products and in the instance you require a refund we are happy to facilitate this if reasonable.

Do I need risk assessments and other documents?

It is a legal requirement for companies with 5 or more employees to produce and regularly update company risk assessments and other documentation. This information is set out in The Health and Safety at Work act, 1974.
